Who is responsible

The data controller is Futurescape Design OÜ (registrikood 14603771), Tallinn, Eesti. GRAPES is our brand.

What we collect

If you send a task through the form: name, company, email, website, task description and attached files. The site collects nothing else: we use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Why

Only to answer your request, prepare a sample and a quote. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Where the data is

The request and files are stored on our hosting server (Hostinger) and forwarded to our email (Google). We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long

Up to 12 months from the last contact. If we sign a contract, contract documents are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted. Write to us through the contact form. You can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).

External files

The animation loads a 3D graphics library from public CDNs (cdnjs, jsDelivr); they see your IP address like any web server.
